Indoor Cycling (Spin®) classes provide a fun and productive way for athletes of all types - the beginning exerciser or the committed class-goer as well as runners and outdoor cyclists - to build strength and endurance. Although you will be part of a group, our bikes allow you to structure your own workout. Small class sizes ensure that you will receive lots of individualized coaching. Introductory classes are designed for people who have concerns about starting out in a one hour class.
Bring water and a towel. Be prepared to get hooked on the feeling!
