Leblanc TaeKwon-Do

LeBlanc Taekwon-Do is Tantallon's largest Family Martial Art Club. Come in and try a free week and get started on your journey to Black Belt. Taekwon-Do builds strength, flexibility and confidence. We are open all year and anyone can join in at anytime. Children under 10 can be a part of our Lil' Ninja Program.

Indoor Cycling (Spin) Classes

Do you want:

  • An opportunity to increase your strength and endurance?

You will find all that and more here. These aren't your traditional 'spin' classes. The instructor, Chris Nielsen, is an internationally recognized educator of cycling instructors. She works hard to keep things fresh with lots of different types of music and a variety of workouts throughout the week and year. She is committed to ensuring that you will feel safe and can work at your own level. Our small class sizes ensure that you will receive a lot of individualized coaching.  Bring water and towel.  Please arrive ten minutes early for your first class, in order to be set up on a bike.  Be prepared to get hooked on the feeling.

If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you're missing.  September - June.  Join the gang for Pickle Ball. Drop in fee of $3.50 and all ages are welcome.  10 visit punch pass available for $30.00.  No matter if you're a seasoned pro at it or a beginner, come along and see for yourself how much fun it is.  Try it, you'll like it.

The Fitness Centre is a great spot for you to work out while the kids are in the gymnasium or on the ice doing their thing. Or for that matter, anytime. We're open daily from early morning through to the evening. It is a fun and friendly recreational environment for a great workout. The Centre can meet all your fitness needs at a very reasonable cost.

Membership is limited. Get fit and sweat it out at the St. Margaret's Centre Fitness Centre.

As a added bonus with your membership, usage of the gymnasium during designated times will apply.

Our Fitness Centre has a variety of memberships with one to suit everyone's needs:

1 Year Family -- $500.00, to a maximum of 4

1 Year Individual -- $250.00
