LeBlanc Taekwon-Do is Tantallon's largest Family Martial Art Club. Come in and try a free week and get started on your journey to Black Belt. Taekwon-Do builds strength, flexibility and confidence. We are open all year and anyone can join in at anytime. Children under 10 can be a part of our Lil' Ninja Program.

Indoor Cycling (Spin) Classes
Do you want:

You will find all that and more here. These aren't your traditional 'spin' classes. The instructor, Chris Nielsen, is an internationally recognized educator of cycling instructors. She works hard to keep things fresh with lots of different types of music and a variety of workouts throughout the week and year. She is committed to ensuring that you will feel safe and can work at your own level. Our small class sizes ensure that you will receive a lot of individualized coaching. Bring water and towel. Please arrive ten minutes early for your first class, in order to be set up on a bike. Be prepared to get hooked on the feeling.
