LINE DANCING FOR SENIORS

Starting September 10th, 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Health Canada recognizes dancing as an excellent form of exercise for all ages. No partner required. So, come along, bring a friend and meet new ones. Tuesdays, 1:00 - 3:00 PM, starting on April 2nd. $5.00 cash at the door.

INTRO TO LINE DANCING

Mondays, September 9th - October 7th, 1:00 - 3:00 PM. $25.00 for the five classes. A great way to try something new, have fun, and meet new friends.

 YOGA FOR FIRST RESPONDERS & MILITARY

Starts September 8th

Created to fill the need for emotional wellness and mental resiliency specific to the high-stress careers of our First Responders and CF, this hour long class concentrates on helping to bring the practitioner into mental and emotional balance. Sundays, 9:00 - 10:00 AM.

HATHA YOGA

Starts September 10th

Join Kaitlyn for morning Hatha Yoga. (Less vigorous/longer holds) Tuesday and Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30 AM.

 

BEGINNER/GENTLE YOGA

Starts September 9th

Kaitlyn will offer Beginner/Gentle Yoga on Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

SPIN CLASSES

 

$8 for a 30 minute ride (6 week prepaid) or $10 drop in fee

$10 for a 40 minute ride (6 week prepaid) or $12 drop in fee

$12 for a 50 minute ride (6 week prepaid) or $15 drop in fee

FITNESS CENTRE

The Fitness Centre is a great spot for you to work out while the kids are in the gymnasium or on the ice doing their thing. Or for that matter, anytime. We're open daily from early morning through to the evening. It is a fun and friendly recreational environment for a great workout. The Centre can meet all your fitness needs at a very reasonable cost.  We have a membership to fit everyone's needs and budget.
