How do I book a space or rental?

A space is not officially booked until you receive a signed contract.
What are the rules for ice rentals?
Dressing rooms open 30 minutes before your scheduled ice time.
Dressing rooms must be vacated 30 minutes after your rental ends.
We have two ice pads, and the Centre reserves the right to change your ice pad without notice.
Dressing Room assignments are displayed on the screen above the Front Desk.
Can I come early to set up or stay late to clean up for my birthday party booking?
All setup and teardown must happen within your booked time. Please make sure your rental includes enough time for decorating, preparing, and cleaning up. If you need additional time, please contact us to see if extra hours are available to book.
Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to the walls in our Meeting Rooms or Multipurpose Room. All decorations must be free-standing, and anything you bring in must be taken with you when you leave.
Can I decorate the Meeting Rooms or Multipurpose Room?
Camp Westwood and the summer pool are staffed and overseen by our Recreation Director, Rachael Emge.

Who oversees Camp Westwood and the pool?
Our pool is seasonal, operating July 2nd until the last week of August each year.
Pool booking requests open April 1st annually.
Is the pool open year-round?
No, we do not have a canteen. We do have vending machines with snacks and drinks. The plaza is within walking distance and has many options for meals.
